Build a small production board
Give each idea an ID and a folder. Record the opening, payoff, source, reference version, intended changes, quoted cost and review status. Keep exported finals separate from working versions so an unapproved clip cannot accidentally become the next post.
Test the hardest relationship first
If the batch involves a handbag, test the grip and strap before generating every outfit. If it involves a turning face, test the angle before producing several backgrounds. The first generation should answer the most important uncertainty.
Stop the batch when the same error repeats. A clearer reference, simpler source or different action may solve more than another round of minor prompt changes. Treat unsuccessful tests as information and record the decision they led to.

Leave some decisions until after publishing
Do not produce a month of variations around an untested format. Finish a small set, publish when ready and collect the response. Save unused concepts as briefs rather than spending the full budget before you learn anything.
Record time per approved post and the proportion of outputs that were usable. These figures help you decide whether a more ambitious scene is worth the extra production work. A cheaper generation is not necessarily a cheaper finished post if it needs many revisions.
Make the next batch easier
At the end, promote only the approved reusable assets into the reference library. Update the character bible if you made a deliberate identity decision. Archive rejected outputs with a reason so they are not mistaken for alternate approved looks.
